The city of Parker can now boast of its newest business addition, Twisted Pines Venue and Lodge. Twisted Pines Venue and Lodge is a brand new, local venue that will host weddings, as well as private and public events. A few years ago, local business owners Robb & Shari Jensen and Paul & Stephanie Groeneweg purchased the land located southwest of the Highway 44 and 19 intersection. The name for the business came from admiring the strength of the towering and twisted pine trees that have covered the grounds of the property. Construction of the venue began in 2020 and the remodeling of the Lodge in 2021, transforming the landscape into a multi-purpose business that will serve as a gathering space for years to come.

The Twisted Pines vision is to provide an affordable venue while still providing the atmosphere desired for special events such as weddings. Their business model provides clients with vendor and accommodation flexibility. The Venue’s Event Manager, Jackie Buller, will provide referrals to outside vendors, assist with event planning needs, and provide event management expertise on the day of the event. The Twisted Pines Team will offer a friendly experience and courteous service.

Co-Owner Robb Jensen shared during the ceremonial ribbon-cutting “We started the process in July of 2019 and between Covid and engineering issues, we are finally done! It’s been a long time coming. We are very happy to be a part of this venture and thankful for the partnership we have.”

The newly constructed venue seats up to 300 guests and features an Outdoor Ceremony site with a beautiful pergola to frame the ceremony. Twisted Pines Venue Rental Includes:

  • Dinner Seating in an elegant main event room with vaulted ceilings
  • Single-day multi-day rental to provide plenty of time to relax and enjoy the event
  • All-seasoned space with heat and air conditioning
  • Access to fully furnished bridal party suites
  • Prep area for caterers with private entrances
  • Staffed Bar with flexible bar options
  • Access to several acres of land for amazing photo opportunities
  • Grand staircase and breathtaking balcony
  • 7 sleeping rooms available in Lodge, with packaged booking

In addition to the Twisted Pines Venue, the Lodge offers a spacious meeting room off the kitchen to host rehearsal suppers, with ample gathering space on the deck and around the fire pit. The location and additional amenities that Twisted Pines offers make it a desirable option for weddings and special events.
